Signet product · Heritage commerce

Nazrani is Signet's working commerce platform for trusted heritage produce.

Nazrani connects curated herbs, spices, rice, Ayurvedic tonics, coffee, and tea with a modern storefront, checkout, source-partner operations, payments, and India Post logistics. It also serves as the pilot client for Signet's India Shipments platform.

Public preview is available while production DNS and backend integration are finalized.

Why this product matters

A real commerce system behind the Signet brand

Nazrani is operated under Signet Solutions as the seller of record. The platform is designed for a principal-agent model: Signet runs the customer experience, collects payment, issues the customer invoice, and coordinates fulfilment with source partners.

The initial sourcing network is intentionally focused: Vanamolika carries most of the product catalogue, while Nazrani Farms supplies heritage rice. The model can extend to additional sources as the platform matures.

01

Customer storefront

All-products listing, product detail pages, value packs, cart, checkout, saved addresses, and order confirmation.

02

Operations and source flow

Admin product management, source records, order routing, source-portal dispatch flow, and partner settlement support.

03

Payments and logistics

Razorpay checkout, transactional email, India Post/DOP serviceability and tariff checks, and India Shipments logistics groundwork.

How it works

From curated sourcing to customer delivery

01

Curate

Build a structured catalogue across spices, heritage rice, coffee, tea, tonics, and curated value packs.

02

Sell

Let customers view the full product list, sign in, manage addresses, check serviceability, and pay through a production-grade checkout.

03

Operate

Route orders to sources, manage product data, monitor order status, and prepare dispatch through internal surfaces.

04

Scale

Use Nazrani as the live commerce pilot before deeper rollout of the India Shipments logistics platform.

Cloud architecture

Built on a practical AWS stack for launch-stage volume

Nazrani uses AWS Route 53 for DNS, AWS Amplify for the Next.js storefront, EC2 for the FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL and Redis in Docker, Caddy for TLS, S3 and CloudFront for product images, and CloudWatch for operational monitoring.
